Then, We will narrate upon them with Our Knowledge, and indeed We were not absent.
The Lord of the Worlds will not narrate to anyone on the Day of Judgment about what he or she has been doing in this world. But the Lord Who has acquainted everything and is observing the offenses of His servants has fastened upon everyone’s neck a Recording Book which will be produced as an Illuminating Spread Open Book for one's reckoning as explained in verses 17: 13-14. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have inherited the Lord’s Book have made their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. These Mujirims mentioned in verses 7: 40, 26: 99, and 34: 32 are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 168-169. It is told in verse 18: 49: "When Recorded Book will be presented on the Day of Judgment, the Mujirms will be regretting about whatever is in it, and they will say: 'Oh, woe to us! What a Book is this which leaves nothing small or great unless that it has recorded in it?' And they will find what they had done, and the Lord is not unjust to anyone". These Fujjar Mujirims will never see the Lord since there will be an unseen veil between the Lord and them as told in verse 83: 15. See explanation 2: 255; 5: 105; 6: 59 and 104.
